WHAT IS THE HOME TRY-ON?
The Atoms’ Home Try-On allows you to find the perfect fit for each of your feet. After answering a few questions, you will receive three pairs of Atoms in quarter size increments. You can try them all on at home and keep the two individual shoes that fit best, regardless of size. After you find the perfect fit, ship the remaining shoes using the included box and prepaid UPS return label.
WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
We make Atoms for men in all quarter sizes between 3.5 and 15. For women, Atoms are available in all quarter sizes between 5 and 16.5.
DO ATOMS COME IN DIFFERENT WIDTHS?
Right now, Atoms are only available in one width.
DO ATOMS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Atoms come with a one-year warranty that is valid from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and workmanship flaws, but does not cover general wear and tear.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY ATOMS? ARE THEY MACHINE WASHABLE?
Atoms are not machine washable. To clean your Atoms, we recommend using a soft bristle brush with your preferred cleaning solution and then allow the shoes to air dry.
IS THE ATOMS MODEL 000 A ZERO DROP SHOE?
The Model 000 is not a zero drop shoe. The shoe has a 11.7mm difference between the heel and toe. The heel is 16.7mm tall, and the toe is 5mm.
WHAT ARE ATOMS MADE OUT OF?
The Atoms Model 000 has an upper that is constructed from a high-durability coated yarn blend. The insole is made from a copper-lined fabric, and the shoe has a custom foam midsole and non-slip rubber outsole. The Atoms Model 000 is 100% vegan.
CAN I CHANGE MY INSOLES?
Yes, you can. Atoms have a removable insole that can be replaced with a different one if you prefer. As you wear your Atoms, the insole and midsole will form to your foot which creates a more customized fit.
ARE ATOMS WATERPROOF?
Atoms are not waterproof. They are made with a woven fabric that is highly breathable can allow water to get through.
ARE ATOMS HYPOALLERGENIC?
People with a latex allergy or who are sensitive to copper may experience a reaction to wearing Atoms.
WHAT IS ATOMS RETURN POLICY?
Atoms will accept returns made within 30 days of the date of purchase and issue a refund. Your Atoms come with a prepaid return label and a box for returns. Place the shoes in the box and seal it and attach the return label to the outside of the box. Then you can drop it off any UPS location.
HOW DO I RETURN MY EXTRA ATOMS?
After you find the left and right shoe that fits you best, you can return the remaining shoes using the included prepaid return label and box.
If you picked a different size for your left and right foot, you are welcome to keep the box for either size. Simply place the four shoes you won’t be keeping in the two remaining boxes and we’ll sort out the rest once the items are returned to us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOST MY RETURN LABEL?

CAN I RETURN MY SHOES FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Atoms prepaid return labels are only valid for shipping within the United States.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
After receiving the returned merchandise, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be initiated. You will receive an email after the refund process has started. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
WHAT ARE ATOMS SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We expedite shipping on all Atoms orders. All orders ship within 24-48 hours. You should expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days after it ships.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Atoms offers complimentary shipping and returns.
DOES ATOMS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Atoms does not currently ship our shoes outside of the United States. But we are working to add international shipping as quickly as possible. Please email us at support@atoms.com so we can let you know when Atoms become available in your country.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
Yes.
DO YOU DELIVER TO APO BOXES?
Yes we do but we cannot include a pre-paid return label in the shipment for your Quarter Size Experience. Email support@atoms.com and we'll email you a prepaid return label to return the extra shoes.
